Thoughtful tools and tailored support designed for your endometriosis journey.

The reality of endometriosis:

  • Endometriosis is not just a painful period- it’s a complex, whole body condition that impacts so many different aspects of health and quality of life.

  • Endometriosis affects at least 10% of women, girls and people born with uteruses worldwide (That’s about 2 million people right here in Canada)

  • On average, it takes 7-10 years for patients to receive a diagnosis, with many waiting far longer.

  • 8 in 10 people with endometriosis were initially told that their pain experience was normal before diagnosis

This is the space you’ve been looking for.

I get you, because I've sat exactly where you're sitting: feeling dismissed, exhausted, overwhelmed and desperate for someone who actually understands.

Hi, I’m Emma.

I’m a physiotherapist, certified coach, and someone who knows what it feels like to cry alone in her car after a medical appointment and spend years searching for answers. After 25 years of being told that what I was feeling in my body was “normal,” I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis- a moment that changed both my life and the way I understand care. Today, I’m combining more than 15 years of clinical experience with my own lived experience to help you feel more informed, empowered and supported when navigating what comes next on your journey.

Resources

There’s a lot of information about endometriosis out there, like a lot, a lot. And, in my experience, more information doesn’t always make things feel clearer when it comes to navigating and managing your own endometriosis care.

I’m developing this resource library to help you sort through the noise with practical, thoughtful guides you can actually use. Whether you are preparing for an appointment, trying to make sense of your symptoms, or figuring out what support might be helpful next, you can take what you need. They are, and will always be, free to you.
